Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

CALYN's independent website currently provides cross-border shipping services to six markets: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. Shipping to other countries or regions is not supported temporarily. U.S. service coverage excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other remote areas, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

2. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders will be verified and packaged within 1-2 business daysafter placement (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

  • The stated shipping time after dispatch does not include destination country customs clearance time. Actual delivery progress is subject to the logistics provider’s updates (adjusted according to Shopline’s dedicated line timelines):

◦ Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China: 1-2 business days

◦ United States: 6-12 business days (Express Line: 6-9 business days; Standard Dedicated Line: 9-12 business days)

◦ Canada: 9-12 business days

◦ Singapore & Malaysia: 15-20 business days

◦ Australia: 5-8 business days (Zone 1 delivery timeframe)

3. Shipping Methods and Logistics Partners

  • Primarily adopts Shopline’s official dedicated line DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services, including Express General Cargo Line, Standard General Cargo Line, and Battery-Powered Goods Line. The brand will select the optimal shipping channel based on the order’s destination and product characteristics (weight / whether battery-powered).

  • All orders include full logistics tracking. Tracking information will be sent to the registered email address after dispatch. Tracking platform: http://www.17track.net.

  • Pricing Rules: Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater value between actual weightand dimensional weight (Length × Width × Height / 8000). Irregularly shaped items are not accepted by default; an additional handling fee of 100 RMB per order will be charged if shipment is required.

4. Shipping Fee Rules

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product weight, volume, and destination. The exact amount is displayed on the checkout page.

  • Oversized / Special Handling Fees:

    • Oversized items (Length: 55CM ≤ L ≤ 75CM; Total of three dimensions ≤ 125CM): Additional 80 RMB per order.

    • Irregularly shaped items: Additional 100 RMB per order.

5. Tariff and Tax Information

  • Product quotes include all destination country import duties, value-added taxes, and related fees, which are fully borne by CALYN. CALYN will complete customs clearance procedures, and the recipient is not required to pay any additional cross-border fees. Product quotes may change due to adjustments in the destination country’s tariff policies; the final price is subject to the checkout page at the time of order placement.

  • If customs clearance delays or additional fees occur due to incorrect information provided by the recipient, refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, or other personal reasons, the recipient shall bear all related costs.

6. Shipping Restrictions and Special Notes

  • Eligible products include golf apparel and regular golf equipment (golf bags, balls, gloves, etc.). Products containing endangered species materials, pure batteries, liquids, or powders are prohibited. Weight limit: 0-30KG; Regular size limit for U.S. shipments: 55cm × 45cm × 38cm.

  • Australia strictly prohibits the shipment of animal/plant products, asbestos, laser pointers, and other restricted items. CALYN ensures all products comply with this ban.

  • Shipping addresses can be modified by contacting customer service within 24 hoursof order placement. No changes are allowed after this period. If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the recipient, the recipient shall bear the re-shipping fee and related taxes.

7. Delay and Exception Handling

  • For delivery delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, customs policy adjustments, holiday congestion, etc.), CALYN will update the progress via email and shall not be liable for additional compensation.

  • If the product has not been delivered beyond the aforementioned timeframe after dispatch, you may contact customer service to initiate a logistics inquiry. Results will be provided within 3 business days.

  • In case of confirmed product loss or damage, handling will be in accordance with CALYN’s Return & Exchange Policy and the logistics provider’s compensation standards, subject to the brand’s final verification result.

8. Effective Date

This Shipping Policy shall take effect on December 1, 2025.
