1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by CALYN's independent website (hereinafter referred to as "this Website", official domain: [www.calyngolf.com]), you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") and the "CALYN Privacy Policy". You confirm that you have reached the legal purchasing age in your region (this Platform is not intended for children under 13 years old; minors under 18 years old must use this Platform with the consent and guidance of their parents or guardians) and possess full civil capacity. CALYN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. A 7-day advance notice will be given via an official website announcement prior to modification. The revised Terms shall take effect on the date of publication on the official website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products and Orders
- This Website sells CALYN brand golf apparel, golf balls, golf bags, and other golf equipment and peripheral products. Product details, specifications, and prices shall be subject to the page information at the time of order confirmation.
- After placing an order, you must complete the payment within 24 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the timeout. CALYN reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to insufficient inventory, price errors, or product description mistakes. If the order has been paid, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- After submitting an order, you may apply to customer service to modify the shipping address, contact information, or cancel the order within 24 hours of placement and before the order enters the logistics packaging stage. The brand will make every effort to assist. If the order has entered the logistics packaging or shipping stage, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Once the order is shipped via cross-border logistics, it cannot be canceled and can only be returned in accordance with this Policy.
- For customized products (such as embroidered or personalized printed clothing, accessories, etc.), you must confirm the customization parameters when placing the order. After placing the order, the product cannot be canceled, modified, or returned except for quality issues.
3. Shipping and Duties
- Shipping coverage includes Hong Kong, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia (U.S. service coverage excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other remote areas, as well as APO/FPO military addresses). All orders are shipped from mainland China via cross-border logistics. Shipping times are implemented by region in accordance with the "CALYN Shipping Policy" (Hong Kong: 1-2 business days; United States: 6-12 business days; Canada: 9-12 business days; Singapore and Malaysia: 15-20 business days; Australia Zone 1: 5-8 business days). Specific delivery times are subject to the logistics provider's tracking information.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, product weight, and volume, and will be displayed automatically during checkout. Product quotes include import duties, value-added taxes, and all related fees of the destination country, which are uniformly borne by CALYN. CALYN will complete the customs clearance procedures, and the recipient does not need to pay any additional cross-border related fees. CALYN can provide necessary customs clearance document support.
- You must provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. You shall bear all responsibilities for delivery delays, loss, or additional fees caused by incorrect information. CALYN does not assume the risks of loss, damage, or customs clearance issues related to return logistics. It is recommended that you choose a trackable logistics method and retain proof.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
4.1 Return Conditions
- Only return requests for non-quality issues are accepted. Returned products must be in brand-new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained condition, with original labels, hangtags, and packaging intact (including the original product box, accessories, purchase proof, etc.).
- Valid purchase proof (order number, payment record, or invoice) must be provided.
- The product must be free from damage caused by human use, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- All cooperative fabrics have passed OEKO-TEX environmental certification. Returned products should avoid secondary pollution, and recyclable materials are preferred for packaging (in line with the brand's environmental protection concept).
4.2 Return Period
- Full-priced products: Returns can be applied for within 30 days from the date of order placement.
- Promotional products (non-final discount): Returns can be applied for within 15 days from the date of order placement.
- Extended holiday return policy: For full-priced products purchased between November 1 and December 25 each year, the return period is extended to 60 days (including the order placement date) to allow gift recipients sufficient time to handle returns and exchanges.
4.3 Return Process
- Step 1: Within the return period, submit a return application via customer service email [service@calyngolf.com] / the independent website's online customer service portal, specifying the order number, product name, reason for return, and contact information.
- Step 2: After the application is approved, the brand will send return guidelines and a return label within 2 business days (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
- Step 3: You must ship the product within 7 business days after receiving the return label. Failure to ship within the time limit will be deemed as abandoning the return application.
- Step 4: After the brand receives the returned product, it will complete the inspection of the product status within 5-7 business days. After passing the inspection, the subsequent refund or exchange process will be initiated.
4.4 Exchange Policy
- Only exchanges for the same style and product code with different colors or sizes are supported. Exchanges for other styles, series, or upgraded/downgraded products are not allowed.
- Exchange applications must be submitted simultaneously with return applications and must meet the "Return Conditions" in Article 4.1 of this Policy.
- The customer is responsible for all round-trip logistics costs and customs clearance risks related to the exchange. The brand does not charge additional handling fees.
- If the target color/size for the exchange is out of stock, the brand will take the initiative to negotiate a solution. If the negotiation fails, it will be automatically converted to a return process and handled in accordance with the refund policy.
- Once the exchanged product is shipped, no further exchange or return is allowed (unless the exchanged product has quality defects).
4.5 Refund Policy
- Refund method: Refunds will be made only via the original payment method. Cash refunds, gift card redemption, or transfer refunds are not supported.
- Refund amount: For returns of full-priced products, the actual paid amount will be refunded. For returns of promotional products, the actual paid promotional price will be refunded (excluding the amount offset by coupons and discount codes). The initial order shipping fee actually paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund processing cycle: After the product passes inspection, the brand will initiate the refund within 10 business days. The time for the bank or payment platform to process the refund to the account is subject to their regulations (usually 3-7 business days).
4.6 Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Clearance products and final discount products (marked as "Final Sale").
- Customized products (such as embroidered or personalized printed clothing, accessories, etc.).
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or with incomplete labels/packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper human use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or natural aging by the customer.
- Gift cards (not eligible for return, refund, cash redemption, or transfer).
5. Warranty Terms
- CALYN does not provide general warranty services for products. If the received product has quality problems or is the wrong item, you need to send an email to [service@calyngolf.com] within 3 days after receipt to provide feedback. We will review each case individually and handle it properly.
6. Account Security
- You need to register a personal account and properly keep your username and password. You shall bear full responsibility for all operations conducted under your account. You must provide true and accurate personal information when registering. You should update your information in a timely manner when changes occur; otherwise, the use of services may be affected.
- You shall not transfer or lend your account. If you find any abnormal account activity, you must notify customer service immediately. You shall bear all losses caused by password leakage or account theft.
- The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information shall comply with the provisions of the "CALYN Privacy Policy". You can view the details of the Privacy Policy on the official website and exercise your rights related to personal information.
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights of the CALYN brand trademark, logo, product design, website content, etc., belong to CALYN. Without written authorization, you shall not copy, disseminate, or use them for commercial purposes.
- The content you upload must have legal intellectual property rights and shall not infringe upon the rights and interests of third parties. Otherwise, you shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities, and CALYN has the right to delete the relevant content and suspend services.
8. Disclaimer
- CALYN shall not be liable for service interruptions, order delays, or losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, policy changes, network failures, logistics disruptions, and other unforeseeable factors.
- Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions such as product colors and sizes, but slight deviations may occur due to shooting light, display differences, etc. The actual product shall prevail.
- You explicitly agree that the risk of using this service is borne by yourself. CALYN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.
- Internet transmission and data storage cannot guarantee 100% security. You shall bear the corresponding risks related to personal information arising from the use of this Platform's services. CALYN will take security protection measures in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the target market countries to ensure compliance with cross-border sales requirements.
- Any disputes or controversies arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the current effective arbitration rules of the selected arbitration institution. The place of arbitration shall be the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the arbitration language shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
10. Effective Date
These Terms of Service shall take effect on December 1, 2025.
